After Hours Clinic Information

If you are unable to secure an appointment with your doctor, you should consider visiting one of the After Hours Clinic locations.

​

As a member of the Humber River Family Health Organization, our team of clinicians provides After Hours Care on Mondays through Fridays from 5pm to 8pm as well as Saturday and Sundays beginning at 9am.

​

The location and hours of service may vary according to the schedule linked below.

​

These After Hours Care clinics are reserved for urgent sick cases for our patients and not routine visits or form requests.

 

Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis and a late arrival may not guarantee you will be seen by the physician on duty.

Services Not Performed in After Hours Clinic

Please contact your Family Doctor for: Physicals, Regular Visits, Doctor's Notes, Forms, Immunizations, Narcotic Prescriptions, Ear Flushing, TB Test and Reading and Non-Urgent Referrals.

Maintain Your Circle of Care - Visit Our After Hours Clinic

Walk-in clinics do not have access to your medical history.

​

Your family physician is rarely notified about a walk-in visit and is therefore unable to provide any necessary follow-up care.

​

All Humber River Family Health Team physicians, which includes your physician at Mount Dennis Weston Health Centre, have access to your detailed medical history and can provide appropriate care specific to your needs.

​

When you visit the After-Hours Clinic, your medical records are updated and remain clear and consistent.

​

Your family physician is always made aware of your after-hours visit and can easily follow up with you if necessary.

​

We offer After Hours Care almost every day of the year, with multiple locations available for you to attend.
