Preparing for Your Appointment

At Time of Booking

Please inform us regarding the specific reason for your visit when you book the appointment, so that we can prepare for the specific issue. You can put your reason for visit right into the online booking form, or give the team your information when you call.

This preparation leads to a more efficient and timely experience for everyone by letting us set up the right equipment or prepare any materials to share with you.

Before You Leave Home

  • Take note of whether any of your prescriptions need a renewal.

  • Bring your medications with you to the appointment.

  • Bring your Health Card.

  • Ensure you renew your card on time if it is expiring.

  • Online renewal can be done via this link to Service Ontario

Check In for Your Appointment

For faster service use the Ocean Kiosk in the waiting room which will let us know you are here.  The kiosk will work with a valid Health Card, so be sure to bring it!

Has your Health Card been renewed? Have you moved or changed your email or telephone number? Please let us know so we can update your information.

If your Health Card is invalid, you may be charged a fee for the appointment and service.

Getting Messages from Your Healthcare Provider

Our clinic uses a system called Ocean as a secure way for physicians to communicate with their patients, including sending forms, requisitions, question and sometimes asking for a reply.

Read this helpful guide to learn what to do if you get an Ocean message.
