Book Your Appointment Online

For most types of in-person visits, many of our physicians offer online booking to let you choose the best day for your visit.

​

We do not allow online bookings for: 

• Annual Physical Exams

• Pap Procedures

• Well Baby Visits/Immunizations.

These types of in-person appointments take longer and may require additional nurse or staff support to schedule. We will cancel online bookings for these appointments and work with you to reschedule.

Book Your Appointment On the Phone

You may call the office to book a appointment. Our lines are very busy so if your appointment request is not urgent, we recommend calling in the afternoon.

We reserve some slots daily to accommodate patients who need to be seen urgently.  

If you are unable to get a same day appointment and need medical attention for an issue, you may be directed to the After Hours Clinic.  The After Hours Clinic will not conduct routine appointments, complete forms or perform non-urgent procedures.

Avoid No-Show Fees

If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us by phone or via our online cancellation form. If you booked your appointment online, please log in to cancel or reschedule using the Ocean system.

If you do not provide enough notice of a cancellation, or are a "no-show", a fee may apply by your physician.
